Hi,
I had a letter demanding payment of a debt with Provident Personal Credit over a month ago from an appointed DCA.
The debt is from some years ago and I am sure I have paid it off and have since moved address and presumably thats why the DCA is involved but I have told them I dont owe it. The usual threatening letters have arrived.
I have asked Provident and the DCA to supply the original agreement and statements of account to show payments etc. but they are not forthcoming and it is nearly a month since my request and now the DCA want to visit my home.
Does anyone know where I stand here?
Thanks
