Hi guys, im wondering if I can seek some help/advice, as I have received a letter from the above company, stating that they have been instructed by their client to confirm whereabouts. (The company is EON/Powergen), and is referring to a property I rented between February and October 2007.
Im assuming from their website, and some googling that they are going to be chasing some sort of debt.
Firstly they have asked me to confirm by return telephone that I am who they are referring to. So I would be grateful for some response in firstly dealing with the letter.
As this tenenancy is over 2 years old, Im trying to get statements from my bank, as I dont recall ever having been in contract with thier client for gas/electric, but I will have to wait for that
