hello i bought a dvd player and tv from curries back in 2008 the warrenty ran out in september 2009. a couple of days ago i tried playing my dvd player and the discs just kept spinning so i contacted a local engineer who told me that it would cost 1000 ounds for a new laser fitment. this equipment is just over 1year old and curries will not help. but i contacted samsung who told me that i must send the dvd player to thre own engineers and have it assested then send the report to them with a proof of purchase. i did not know that aparently i have up to six years with faulty goods to be returned . i dont know what to do please help
