I have paid somebody twice to go up on to my roof to fix a leak. They have taken up the tiles and replaced them and last time they re whatever it's called the surface. My roof is still leaking straight down into my bathroom. Do you think it's reasonable for me to phone them again and ask them to come around to try to fix it again but for no money this time?
