My wife and I bought a new Kia last Saturday. We discussed the finance and to cut a long story short we feel that we weren't given the full facts in relation to some charges and the APR. I would now like to cancel the finance and pay with a bank loan but the paperwork says I have no right to Cancel the agreement under the Consumer Credit Act. I have had a look at it and it seems that I can if the loan was taken out through a third party (The loan is with Santander and I dealt with the salesman at Kia) Can anyone advise please. Many thanks

Hi,

Has the finance agreement been executed? i.e. signed and sent back to the bank, or have you just signed an order form with the garage.

Thanks for the interest. I have taken possession of the vehicle so I suspect it is the former.
