That I have now paid twice for a man (roofer) to go up and fix. I've had tiles replaced, I've also had the whole roof (it's a small flat one) re whatever it's called when they pour new stuff over it. But my leak is still there. Water is now dripping through an ever increasing in size hole into my bathroom. I can't bear to ask the same man to go up there again but do you think I have any chance of a refund for at least some of my money. None of this was done officially - all just a phone call and cash in hand. But I'm hoping to boost customer relations ....?
