Wireless Headset

Hi all,

I purchased a wireless headset for my XBOX 360 in April last year, It has now developed a fault and i returned it to Grainger Games complete with my receipt only to be told they only accept returns in the first month after sale!! Can somebody please advise me on this

Hi Mark,

You need to tall them that you are claiming a repair under the Sale of Goods Act as the headset is not of satisfactory quality.

Not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose. Same thing, meaning basically that you were mis-sold something, and they need to take it back and make good.

You do risk the small claims trail if they get difficult though...
