Can anyone point me in the right direction? I an trying to ascertain if there have been any law reports regarding a credit card agreement being deemed unenforcale in law due to the agreement not being signed by the creditor. Thanking you all in advance. Mikey

I have been trying to find out more about this (I wasn't aware of any of this and am now of course living in hope that I can cancel all my debt!). Go and take a look at a site like debtwizard.com as they seem to go into some detail about it. There are, of course, a million sites claiming to be able to help you out but I have to say I would be reluctant to share too much information with half of them!

The other thing I would be interested in knowing is whether launching into something like this and starting an appeal then blacklists you for any sort of credit in the future?
