Criminals use fake emails from real domains to make themselves more believable. This typical scam was sent from info@perry.co.uk. The return email is a Yahooo Hong Kong address. The fact it was sent from one email but wants you to respond to another is a big clue it is a scam. But also the fact it is using a free email service such as Yahoo.
