well here i am finally at the end of my tether and being forced to put my complaint on here about vodafone and there terrible attitude and customer service !! i took out a contract with them over 6 years ago and had no complaints until i had a problem.....and then did i have some complaints about them ! in the last 18 months of vodafone being my provider i recieved a handset (a samsung u900) that was not fit for purpose which broke after 6 months of light usage, when i took it back to the vodafone...
