Hello dear friends and neighbours

I have committed a sin and a crime and I am beating myself-up over it. I have been so stupid in desperately trying to find a 'Roofer' in the GREAT YARMOUTH area (they don't turn-up and hardly ever answer their telephone). How do they make a living and exist if they do not do jobs when called upon. Anyway, I eventually managed to get 'Atlas Roofing' of Gorleston in the Great Yarmouth area to pay a visit (has anyone heard of them or had a job done by them?) and he seemed to be genuine and considerate...

Oh, the tension!

Electrical report on the flat has been organised for Thursday. Once again was reminded of the importance of shopping around - one electrician said it would be 200 to do the report, the other said he charged 27.50 an hour and it would be anywhere between 1-4 hours. Both NICEIC registered, of course, so guess which one we went for! Hope to be able to lift the survey clause by Friday.
