Shoulder of Lamb, which is best for roasting - 1/2 price in Tesco, coming in at 4.00 for a 2.2 kg piece. Bag of baking potatoes - 75p in Morrisons, some rubbish small ones but they are fine for roasting. Mixed selection of fresh veg - 2 for £2.00 in tesco...

Posted 17th March 2009 at 11:36 AM by kris1anne

So, historically I am a twenty a day smoker for the last eleven years. I quit twice. Once for three months and once for twelve months. We are into day three!

I am quitting using patches. I feel a bit rough, but I am going to blog about how I cope with cravings etc in the hope of keeping myself motivated!! Please feel free to share your success stories with me and let me know your advice for staying off the tobacco permanently!!
