Hi there,

I took him to the vets and they told me he had a hurnia and so we paid £200 to get it fixed, he was in and out of the vets for week for check ups and has gained a hate for the vets ; (.

Anyway, months passed and we thought we had a happy kitten but now the hurnia is back and the vets who were supposed...

Consumer rights advice

Posted 29th August 2010 at 08:54 AM by sam nasser

I purchased a desk from a high street store, made full payment, and arranged for delivery a few days later. An hour later, I realised it would not fit in with my decor and cancelled the order. There were no terms and conditions printed on the invoice, displayed in the store or brought to my attention when purchasing. As the desk had not been despatched or delivered, I think the shop is unfair to charge me 25% of the cost as a cancellation penalty. What are my rights here?

Advice needed

Posted 20th August 2010 at 09:46 AM by jagger

I have just moved to a village and house surrounded by very tall trees. Can't have Sky and no tv reception, so called in a tv aerial company who fitted a 10 ft super high digital benchmark aerial and 1 x 4 way variable screened M.H. amp + PSU. This was mid July. I am being taken to Court

Posted 31st July 2010 at 09:02 AM by barbarak4367

I am being taken to Court. The 'builder' is asking for money for work that has not been carried out. He has been paid £49 000 by the insurance company (they do not appear to be concerned that they also were charged for work not carried out) and is looking for another £35 000 from us. This was a result of flood damage. In addition to this I have paid plumbers, joiners and structural engineers fees. I have a solicitor dealing with the court notice-can anyone help?
