Caravan Purchase - Site Rules & Regulations

Posted 18th July 2011 at 11:45 PM by adkgroup

I purchased a caravan a few years ago on a site with the intention to rent out to repay the bill over the next 15 years approx. which I declared at the time of purchase.

After only three years my site 'management' has stated that caravans over 7 years old will not be allowed to be hired out - This is to 'come in line' with the managed system which I opt out (because of excessive charges).

Any pointers anyone ?

message settings

Posted 5th June 2011 at 01:42 PM by SWightman

I got a contract in April and everything is fine. But on my phone in the message settings, there are lots of options for getting notifications when sending a message. I clicked on one, and when I recieved my bill, it had charged me everytime for telling me that a message had sent and it didn't say anything abpout charging me. After 3 months I realised what it was and turned it off but should the phone or manufacturer be able to not tell the customer it is going to charge them?
