phone trouble

on the 5/6 i took out a 2yr mobile phone contract with T-mobile for my son. The phone which came with the offer was a Samsung Galaxy Portal with internet access etc. on the 15/6 the phone was locked out and had to be returned to the manufacturer to be re-set. It came back yesterday and today when I went to fetch it, I was informed that there was a fault with the main board and the phone would not/could not be repaired, and was not under warranty. lg plasma problem

i bought a lg 42" plasma tv in june 2006 at a cost of oner £1200. yesterday the scree has gone black but sound is ok.
having paid that much surely it should last longer so i wondered if i could claim against currys with regard to Durability of the sale of goods act.
I would appreciate and comments(help word cup nearly hear).thanks karl

Arnold Clark / Vauxhall Astra recurring condensation problems

i purchased a Vauxhall Astra(6 mths old)on 5th March 2010 from Arnold Clark Motor Group in Glasgow. At the time of purchase there was condensation in the rear light cluster and although we asked this to be looked at(as stated on sales document) the service dept insisted that it would clear up within 1-2 weeks. however, there is still condensation present in the cluster and there is now rust visible within the unit, but arnold clark nor vauxhall will accept liability and fix or replace the problem,...
