Best Hot Chocolate in the World

If you are ever in Whitefield (North Manchester) you must go to Slattery - the hot chocolate is amazing. I am going to try and make it myself - it seems to be melted chocolate with milk added to it. Well I am hoping it is milk and not vegetable oil.
