OOps not been a very good girl on this one have I consider my wrists slapped.

We are now on week 14 of the 8 weeks (day 100) they state they will deal with complaints within, I'm pretty good at maths and I can see clearly theres a problem here. They think that because the banking code says that if they don't deal with my complaint in 8 weeks they must write to me every 4 weeks and update me on progress, they can drag their feet forever.

If they don't deal with my complaint...

This is a loan of my brothers, I did tell him at the time that because he works on contract abroad, he would not be able to claim on this policy but when he phoned the bank, they told him they would have to recalculate the loan and go through the credit check again (liars) and he was buying a car so he left it (more money than sense)

I have printed a letter from the Which? site (sorry if there's one on here) and sent it off, let's see what happens next then.
