This is a loan of my brothers, I did tell him at the time that because he works on contract abroad, he would not be able to claim on this policy but when he phoned the bank, they told him they would have to recalculate the loan and go through the credit check again (liars) and he was buying a car so he left it (more money than sense)
I have printed a letter from the Which? site (sorry if there's one on here) and sent it off, let's see what happens next then.

Good luck, I really hate these policies. It seems that every time I phone my bank or credit card company they try to sell me one of these policies when I just wanted to check my balance.Posted 26th March 2009 at 09:16 PM by Tony
