hi agen,i rang sony and all he said was that it was not to do with them- but the retailer which i bought the original ps3 from- even though we exaplined to him dozens of times that it is their business as they sold me the refurbished ps3. He said the sale of goods act only applys to the original ps3.any advice please.dan
