result! after a few 'heated discussions' on the phone to sony the supervisor finally cracked and offered us a deal- we get a free refurbished ps3 again but this time we really cant hold them liable for the sale of goods act... doesnt matter because i shall be purchansing thier 'pay as you play' insurance to avoid this again.... thanks man! PLEASE EVERYONE GIVE IT A TRY YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE!!! I GOT A FREE REFERBISHED PS3 WITHOUT EVEN AN ENGINEERS REPORT!!! but saying that it really wasnt my fault... :D :D :D so good cheers guys dan
