I signed a 6 months contract with a Gym. Paid first couple of months in advance and locker. I left my gymwear locked up but it was removed and "disposed of" eventhough it was paid until the end of the month. I complaint and did not get nowhere so send a letter cancelling my membership and stopped DD. Now I have these people sending me letters asking me to pay the remain of the contract (about £150). I have explained I will not pay as the value of my lostb goods cover in excess that cost. Any light on legal rights that protect me here?Thanks!
