Default unsolicited goods act

i received mobile phone and sent 02 an unsolicited goods act letter stating i would use it as my own after a 2 weeks period, the letter was signed for ,

should i wait for a reply or as the period has now passed can i use the phone

No need to wait. You can just use your phone anytime you want. but I was surprised to know that why didn't you use your phone in that 2 weeks
