BBC publishes new report on effects of credit crunch
The BBC has published the results of a survey of 9000 people. The survey asked about the effect that the current financial situation is having on their lives. The vast majority of respondents said they'd been affected or expected to be soon.
What's encouraging is that many people were taking action: almost a third were shopping at a different supermarket, and almost half said they were driving less.
