It's about time. It will certainly make a difference to me, no more hunting around for the right charger, and being able to charge using somebody else's charger when my battery runs low and I'm not at home. It will be more environmentally friendly and (hopefully) more cost effective.

It will be interesting to see if the cost of the phones will decrease if supplied withouth a charger, or will chargers be sold as a seperate, optional extra at extra cost. I might be cynical, but I doubt if the saving will be passed along.
