 In praise of great customer service
Predictably though completely justifiably, quite a lot of moaning goes on on this forum so i just wanted to let you all know about a company who have never been anything but good.
I'm not sure i can mention the name but suffice to say they are probably the biggest of the UK online film rental companies.
They send movies out on time and in good condition and if something goes missing in the post they dont simply presume you're trying to pull a fast one.
