Q Are there any mortgages for retirees? My wife is 59 and I am 63. We have no mortgage and are trying to sell two houses, but as the market is flat and we are going to build a house on a plot we are buying, would it be possible to raise a mortgage to start the build until we can sell? GH A Yes,...
