People on low incomes spend disproportionate amounts on the National Lottery adding support to claims that it is a tax on the poor according to a report published today.

One of the biggest cons this government promote, whilst heavily taxing other forms of gambling which provide social enjoyment, better returns and more employment.

A few times in my local post office, I have seen people collect their benefits and then purchase around 10 scratchcards. There's something not right there!
