Default Re: House Prices Rise For Fifth Straight Month

To me it feels as though we're a long way from being level with where we were this time last year - unless that was in the middle of the recession too? I can't remember how long it's been going on. All I know is that my house is now worth about 200k less than it was valued two years ago and that if I wanted to rent it the rent value has dropped by between £400 and £600. So any rise is good with me but I think we've still got a long way to go and am not sure we will (or should) ever get there - much as from a personal point of view I would like to.
