Default talktalk bad broadband connection and customer services!

I've report a fault in my broadband connection two months ago, after 4 engineers visit still the same fault is there. They've even charged me 50 which they never told me. After numerous calls to their managers outside UK and backbiting me and laughing at me when i told to the manager i want to make a complain at U.
Do i've to pay even for those two months which i didn't receive good service coz i couldn't do my study-works for the college.
