Angry Lost post

I recently sent a small gift in the post, but it did not show up. I was worth about £10 so I didn't think it was worth sending via registered or recorded delivery. Does anybody know whether I can claim this back from the post office?

Hey James,

I can help you with this. Well for the next time at least You don't need to pay for registered post or recorded delivery just ask for a free certificate of posting. I think the limit for any claim is about £30 - perfect for small gifts.

Cheers,

Joe
