Can anyone assist on the sale of goods act.

Hi there

I have purchased a computer item on line which says that it comes with a power supply unit. Thats fine and I have a receipt from the company stating that it has one. I today contacted the company about the progress of my order and they state that it does not come with one and that their out of stock since monday. I ordered it on sunday. Where do I stand if it does turn up without one.
Sale of goods act says something about items should be as described?

Can anyone help.

13. Sale by description

(1) Where there is a contract for the sale of goods by description, there is an implied term that the goods will correspond with the description.
