 advice please?
i was browsing online to purchase a laptop, and found what i thought to be a bargain, so i ordered it and it was acknowledge (i was sent an email saying so with the price breakdown)
i checked my email today and they have canceled my order, so i called them up an they said the price was wrong due to a system error, an that they have terms and conditions saying they can cancel when they want.
does this mean that the trade descriptions act (i think thats what it is called) is pointless cuz you can just put a sign up saying, "we will do as we please"?
anyone got any pointers or input on this?
