Default Unaffiliated free helpline

Please note two points about the "Unaffiliated free helpline" mentioned at the top of every page.

The number changed from 0845 to 0345 on 12 June 2014.
It is now 0345 404 0506.

The calls are not free. Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and mobiles.
