Thumbs down Paypal Closed Case

Well everything was progressing slowly but surely. They wouldn't accept the e-mailed tracking reference from the Royal Mail so had to fax a copy. Now, they are saying the tracking ID is invalid case closed. Ironically, in the disclaimer of the same e-mail it states that Paypal does not tolerate fraud. The battle with Paypal continues. It has been eight weeks!

Ouch! Well heres hoping you get somewhere paypal is normally good at refunding money but ebay can be a pain!

I managed to get through to them on the phone. The reason they closed it was because I sent the fake nintendo DS back to the seller before starting the dispute. When I started the Paypal dispute they asked me to send it to a different address and because they didn't match the case was closed. Anyway, they are looking at it again. As I have mails from selling saying where to send it and confirmation of receipt. The saga continues...
