XL Trading - Selling copied software

Haha! Are you deliberately trying to make yourselves look stupid? I actually think you are.

After having yet another web host SUSPEND your account you've now had to move again (whilst frantically makings posts across the internet claiming to be doing maintenance! I actually think that's the funniest bit about it!).

So this time you've moved to Heart Internet. Although by the time you read this you've probably moved yet again - despite all your funny boasts earlier about how you were hosting your website yourself! PMSL!

All that's going to happen is you move, setup your illegal site, get reported to your host and then you'll get shut down again. Only a gullible fool would risk sending you guys money.

The best bit about it is everytime you've had to pay for hosting over the last couple of years a record of who paid for it is actually kept - debit card/credit card whatever - all hosts require this sort of effective prove of ID. Hope you didn't use your mums.

All that information available forever for when you eventually get hammered in the courts - and you will.

Not at all.. just waiting for the 'bobbies and trading standards' to 'close us down' Still waiting... we should actually have a countdown clock on the site where we can pinpoint the actual amount of time we have been 'unpunished'.

We host OURSELVES... however, we do use Heart Internet for other business purposes, for other sites on the net. XL is NOT hosted with Heart we can assure you of that.

We have not moved anything, it is still is the same place - our server, and we will be online again tonight after spending the last two days, testing and evaluating the site to make sure it is running at peak performance with no hiccups. So far so good.. but we will be honest with you all, we are not the best at hosting ourselves - it is something we are not used to and we are out of our comfort zone with it, but hey - we are learning on the job and its all good

lol! The comment about 'IDs being kept' for webhosting .. is quite true, naturally. So why have we not been prosecuted yet then?
If what you say is true, there should be MASSES of evidence now surely to have us in court, and 'banged up' like you keep happy-clapping on about.... why have we not yet then? EXACTLY

You know full well as we all do, that now nearly 4 years online later... you are running out of excuses as to 'why' we are still not DEAD and banged up.

Explain to the people then exactly why. Or post your soapbox 'theory' instead for the masses.

Not at all.
Adam has no connection to XL - although the old regime would have more to say on that than I could.

Fraud is when you actually deceive or actively pretence something by the way, but seeing as how XL has a constant stream of payment processors, all legally paid for their time - all over the country and worldwide, so one person would not necessarily spring instantly to mind.

Hence the reason, you could attack our PayPal - but we would be constantly supplied by others.
And since, LEGALLY again... they charged us for their service and time, we pay them, they supply a service to us.. all above board once more.

I can quite happily say, my name is NOT Adam.

2. Erm nope... WE (see again - WE) disabled the site January 23rd I believe.
2nd theory which we will dispel and once again prove you are a fool - we use payment processors ie: PayPal, and the like.. hence, if we do not deliver your order, people can claim there order as NOT RECEIVED - and receive a FULL PAYMENT back. Your comment on that? People using our payment processors are fully aware of this, which is why we are as big as we are - because we deliver UNLESS, there is a problem with the system. If we don't deliver, people can and will claim their cash back. No harm, no foul.

3. Ermm Nope again.. all of the details used (our 123Reg has been there for a LONG time now unchanged by the way) are the correct one's.
John is the owner of the XLTrading site now, hence the details on 123Reg.
And your proof would be for this - again if you know something, please point it out to the waiting masses. Otherwise its just a 'theory'

Again, I cannot speak for the old regime - I do not know of our payment processors names off hand, although we have a lot of them.

So, as I said before - I can neither confirm or deny can I, that this person did anything for XL which is why I said 'Who Knows' because I certainly don't
But I will say again, for the record - I do not personally know of any AB working for XL while I have been here.
