From time to time we receive complaints about the content of posts and sometimes our members receive complaints directly.

When making a complaint please bear in mind the following 'Pre-action protocol for Defamation' and the guidance in section 3.2. regarding the letter of complaint. In summary, which specific words are inaccurate and unsupportable and why?
