recently went to a dealer to buy a new van. liked a vehicle & put down a deposit of £500. after checking insurance quotes on line that evening i rang the dealer the next morning to cancel the contract of sale. after explaining my position. i was told the contract was legally binding and that i had to buy the vehicle. is this correct?
