Hi,
I ordered some products from an online shop, which were in stock at the time. They are now out of stock, and so have cancelled my order. Do I have any rights to request the products etc?
If you paid for the goods then a contract was formed between the two of you. If you now have to pay more for the goods elsewhere then you could claim the difference from them for breach of contract. If the goods are not available anywhere else then you would probably not be able to do too much as the contract is frustrated.
However. look at the terms of your contract because there might be provision for this problem.
