Key Findings:

Christmas cakes and mince pies are much cheaper if you make them yourself, so save yourself a few pounds next Christmas and make them yourself.  It goes without saying that you control what ends up in your pies, and cakes, and the end result will always taste much better, not to mention impressing your family!
