I signed up and paid for a 3 month "try out" period for match.com and 6 months later I noticed that they had charged me £59.57 and decided to not make much of a fuss and just cancel it because I didn't see the sneaky deceiving auto-renewal.
I have recently discovered they have been charging me £59.57 every 3 months for almost a year. I only noticed because It caused me to go overdrawn which my bank charged me for. I am so mad at match.com for misleading me this way.
Today I cancelled the subscription again and this time calling my bank to stop the money coming out. I'm currently struggling to even find an email address or number to contact the company to let me know whats happened. What a Scam.
Not really sure where to turn next. Any advice would be most welcome.
