I bought goods from a small second hand furniture company and had cause to return some goods. They gave me a credit not but i haven't used it in the time the specified.
Does anyone know if i can insist that they honour this credit note. I haven't used it because the manager of the shop isn't very nice and i don't like going in there. He is quite nasty when he talks to me and the last time i went in i took my friend with me, as i knew he would be quite confrontational.
