I bought a small motorised car for my little boy ahead of Christmas (tried to get in early).
This arrived a few weeks ago, but I only got round to opening it last night. I was gutted to see that there was significant damage to parts of the front of the car.
I called the seller today and they are stating that their policy for damages is notification within 7 days of receipt. Has anyone encountered this before? Any advice on options that I may have?
