Damaged PC back from repair...

Hi,

I purchased a full custom computer a year ago and recently it was sent away for repair. When I got the system back, it was clear to see it had been fairly badly damaged in transit (the case, CPU and PSU were all bent and out of place).

They have accepted responsibility and are willing to have it repaired (or replaced if beyond repair) where possible - which I am not satisfied with. I feel I should not have to 'make do' with a repair on my system that has not been damaged by myself.

The parts still have a years warranty, but I am trying to push for a complete replacement system.

Do I have a right to do so? Or is my only option having to accept the repair?
