Hi,
I bought a angle grinder from a ebay business seller in August and it has now stopped working. I contacted the seller and they have told me because it is over three months since I bought it I have to refer to the manufactors guantree.
Can anybody tell me if this is correct. There is no guarntree in the instruction manual.

Thanks

Kevin

If it was new and bought from an ebay shop trading as a business then you are covered by SOGA and he must repair, replace or refund. If it was a private sale you won't be covered and would probably be better going to the manufacturer
