I have sent back via recorded delivery two pairs of jeans in order to exchange them for a different size at an online store while following the neccesary instructions given to me by the online retailer. However having checked that the items i returned via recorded delivery had been delivered nearly 3 weeks ago, i have no longer been able to get a reply back from the company with regard to an exchange or anything via email. Unfortunatly they do not have a phone number either, normally i would not deal with such a company, but i did so through Groupon. I was wondering if anyone could help me in regard to what my next steps should be ?
