Hi. Roughly 3 weeks ago I ordered 4 items from a 3rd party seller via Amazon. The goods arrived in inadequate packaging, and 1 of the items was defective, so I returned all 4 items to the seller for a refund.

The seller has refunded the cost of the order but not the cost of returning the items. According to the Returns and refunds information on this website:

if the goods are faulty, then under Sale of Goods, the supplier will always bear the cost of returning them.

The seller has ignored my requests for a refund for the cost of returning the goods, and Amazon have said they can't help (because the seller is a 3rd party).

Can anyone advise as to how to go about getting this money refunded?
