Help with Luggage problem

Hi,

I purchased a piece of luggage to go away on holiday early in the month. A day before going I examined it and found it didn't expand as the description says. As I cant return it in time for a refund can I use the Bag, and if I do what are my rights?

You can really only return it under SOGA in the condition you bought it, i.e. unused as being not as described. You could only return it after you've used it if it was faulty.
