Hi all,
In January I purchased a course from Home Learning College for a whopping £2540. The course material contains all the books needed for the course, however there are errors in most sections in every book. These have been added to the online virtual classroom in Errata sheets under each section, which I only found out when I rang them to find out the answer to a question that I had answered incorrectly, and couldn't work out how the tutor had arrived at their answer. The answer the tutor had given me was also wrong. I feel for the price I paid the quality should be a lot better than provided.
I emailed them telling them I wanted to cancel the course and they said this wan't possible, I could however swap to a different course (none of which I was interested in and all a much lower price) for a fee of £80, however I was still eligible for the full amount of the original course!
Am I entitled to my money back and any suggestions on how?
