looking for advice about a company my partner sold dvd's too

hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone can help. my partner sold a bulk load of dvd's(about 800) to a online company. he sent them off and they sent back a few they wouldnt take and said the rest they would. he was given the amount they were going to pay and a confirmation number. after two weeks he still hadnt received payment. he tried ringing them but it just rings and rings. then he tried email but no answer, he also tried the online form but still no contact. we have also wrote to them on several ocasions. is there anything that we can do to get payment for the goods they have received. any advice would be most grateful

I assume you hace an address? Could you give us the name of the company so we can check it then you can use it fir a claim in the Small Claims Court?

The company is tradeyourstuff ltd. I have been on companies house and they are still trading. They also have a another site called tradeyourgames.co.UK. I have address for both companys. What is the best route to take?

There are loads of reviews online from people in exactly the same position as you, some are going the legal route and I think this is the only way you will get anywhere.
