Dont know if I'm in the correct forum but I bought my grandaughter a dress and coat for xmas, it cost £80. Whilst in the shop I asked the sales assistant had they anything to fit her she woukd be 3 minths old at xmas. She procedded to show me the outfit and told me the size was 0 to 6 months so I bought it. Wen I got home I discovered it was actually 6 months only and way to big. The shop will not give me a refund, what can I do?

Unfortunately there's not much you can do, stores are only obliged to take goods back if they are faulty. Often they will replace goods but you're not entitled to a refund.
